ENOUGH DRINKING WATER IS REQ. FOR EXERCISE

The human body is made up of over 75% of water, and as we all know, we cannot live without water. The fact is, we can only survive for a total of 3 days without water. Water has however, been replaced in most diets by soft drinks and other sugar sweetened refreshments. Keep in mind that water is a healthier and necessary for leading yourself towards a better health and longevity.

Your own personal need for water can vary greatly due to exercise, weight, and temperature. Research has proven that over 2/3 of adults don't get the water they need on a daily basis. By drinking water on a regular basis you can replenish your body and keep it well hydrated and functioning as it should be.

A majority of us wait until we are thirsty before we drink water. Keep in mind, this way isn't a reliable gauge of the water needs for the body. By the time you are thirsty you have already lost two of more cups of the body's water supply. Therefore, drinking water regularly is much better than simply waiting until you are thirsty.

It is very important that you don't substitute beverages with alcohol and caffeine for water. The reason behind this is that those types of beverages act as a diuretic and can cause you to lose more weight through increased urination. You may think and feel as if you are getting more water through these beverages, although the fact is that you are letting it go almost as fast as you consume it.

Anytime you exercise, you need more water. Due to perspiration, your body will lose quite a bit of water. For each pound lost due to exercise, you need to drink 2 cups of water. Even when you lay down to sleep, your body loses water. By drinking a glass or more of water before you go to sleep, you can wake up with your body functioning as it should be.

It should become more obvious that when you are sick you'll need more water than any other tine. When you get a cold or the flu, your body can become dehydrated quite quickly. You can help to prevent this by drinking more water at times when you become sick.

There are several mixed opinions as to whether purified water will actually provide benefit. This is a subject you should explore yourself as you determine the best type of water for yourself.

Always make it a habit to drink water on a daily basis. You should keep a bottle of water with you at all times and drink it throughout the day. You should also teach yourself to drink water instead of other beverages that don't replenish the nutrients your body needs.

ASTHMA - EXERCISES

If you suffer from asthma, you probably think that you can't exercise properly or safely. Contrary to what many think of this subject, there are ways that you can get in shape and exercise, even if you suffer from asthma.

Asthma is a chronic lung disease that is marked by characteristics such as coughing, wheezing, shortness of breath, and chest tightness. Asthma tends to occur with people who are genetically or environmentally presdisposed to the condition.

Some of the triggers that may start or make an attack worse include exposure to allergens, viral respiratory infections, airway irritants, exercise, and exposure to things such as dust mites or cockroaches.

You can prevent asthma attacks by doing the following:

1. Bathe your pets weekly.

2. Don't smoke or permit smoking in your home.

3. When mold or pollent counts are high, you should stay inside with air conditioning.

4. Wash your bedding and any stuffed toys at least once per week in hot water.

5. Wash your hands every chance you get.

6. Get a flu shot.

7. Wear a scarf over your mouth and nose in the winter months.

8. Be proactive and know your triggers and how you should avoid them.

Now that you know what you know about asthma, you may be wondering where exercise fits in. As most doctors will tell you, you shouldn't give up on sports or exercise at all. You just have to be smart about how you play and take special pre cautions to avoid attacks.

Almost all doctors agree that the best way to prevent attacks during exercise is to keep your inhaler and medication close by. You should never use the inhaler more than 3 times during a game or exercise session. If you are up the previous night with coughing and wheezing, it's always best to go light with your exercise the next day.

For something known as IEA (Exercise Induced Asthma), the symptoms are somewhat different, in the fact that they appear after 6 - 10 minutes of exercise and will often be worse in cold or dry air.

If you have IEA, there are several activities that you can enjoy such as swimming, walking, biking, downhill skiing, and team based sports. There are many activities for you to choose from, to ensure you get the exercise you need as well.

Keep in mind that the condition of asthma isn't "all in your head", it is a real physiological medical treatment that will require treatment to prevent and treat. Even though your doctor will be your best friend in treating asthma, you are the one who can prevent your symptoms.

Always be smart, take your medication, and be proactive. Don't let it put you in a life of misery - as you can enjoy exercise just like everyone else.

ALCOHOL EFFECTS EXERCISE

On Friday afternoon after you leave work, you probably think about going out and having a few drinks with friends to relax and wind down. Even though you may think you deserve to go out and have a few drinks, there are some things that you should certainly keep in mind.

Like any other day, tomorrow is going to be a day for exercise, and since you are exercising on a regular basis, a few drinks of alcohol won't really hurt anything, right? Before you decide to rush out to the local bar, there are a few things below that you should think about before you make your choice about going out to drink some alcohol.

Research has proven that even small amounts of alcohol will increase muscular endurance and the output of strength, although these types of benefits are very short lived. After 20 minutes or so, the problems will begin to surface. All of the negative side effects associated with alcohol will easily outweigh any possible benefits that it can have. No matter how you look at it, alcohol is a poison that can really harm your body if you aren't careful.

The negative side of alcohol can reduce your strength, endurance, aerobic capability, recovery time, ability to metabolize fat, and even your muscle growth as well. Alcohol will also have an effect on your nervous system and brain. If you use it long term, you can cause severe deterioration of your central nervous system. Even with short term use, nerve muscle interaction can be reduced which will result in a loss of strength.

Once alcohol reaches the blood cells, it can and probably will damage them. With alcohol users, inflammation of the muscle cells is a very common thing. Over periods of time, some of these cells that have been damaged can die which will result in less functional muscle contractions. Drinking alcohol will also leave you with more soreness of your muscles after you exercise, which means that it will take you a lot longer to recuperate.

Alcohol will also have many different effects on your heart and circulatory system as well. When you drink any type of alcohol, you may begin to see a reduction in your endurance capabilities. Anytime you drink, your heat loss will increase, due to the alcohol simulating your blood vessels to dilate. The loss in heat can cause your muscles to become quite cold, therefore become slower and weaker during your muscle contractions.

Drinking alcohol can also lead to digestive and nutrition problems as well. Alcohol cause a release of insulin that will increase the metabolism of glycogen, which spares fat and makes the loss of fat very hard. Due to alcohol interfering with the absorption of several key nutrients, you can also become anemic and deficient with B type vitamins.

Because your liver is the organ that detoxifies alcohol, the more you drink, the harder your liver has to work. The extra stress alcohol places on your liver can cause serious damage and even destroy some of your liver cells.

Since alcohol is diuretic, drinking large amounts can put a lot of stress on your kidneys as well. During diuretic action, the hormones are secreted. This can lead to heightened water retention and no one who exercises will want this to happen.

If you must drink alcohol, you should do it in moderation and never drink before you exercise, as this will impair your balance, coordination, and also your judgement. Think about your health and how you exercise - and you may begin to look at things from a whole new prospective.

EXERCISE FOR CHILDREN

If you have a child of 6 to 8 years old that wants to start exercising and lifting weights, you may find yourself wondering what you should do. While some think it is perfectly fine for children to exercise, there are others that think differently.

The long and short of it is that yes, it is beneficial for your child to partake in exercise or a weight training regimen although there are a few things that you should keep in mind once this starts to happen.

No matter how you look at it, children aren't minature adults and therefore you can't use the same methods with growing children that you can use with adults, as children are different from adults emotionally, anatomically, and physiologically.

All children have immature skeletons, as their bones don't mature until they get 14 - 22 years of age. With girls, exercise during childhood can have very critical effects on bone health that can last for their entire lives.

Children are often times vulnerable to growth related overuse injuries such as Osgood schlatter disease. Children have immature temperature regulation systems due to their having a large surface area compared to their muscle mass which will cause them to be more susceptible to injury when they aren't properly warmed up.

Children don't sweat as much as adults do, so they will be more susceptible to heat exhaustion as well as a heat stroke. Due to their low muscle mass and immature hormone system, it makes it harder for them to develop strength and speed. Their breathing and heart response during exercise are also different from an adults, which will affect their capacity for exercise.

On the other hand, young boys and girls can drastically improve their strength with weight training although opposed to adults, neurological factors instead of muscle growth factors are mostly responsible.

When you consider programs for children, first and foremost you should obtain a medical clearance. The first approach to designing a program is to establish a repetition range of 8 - 12 and keep the work load appropriate for the range.

You should ensure that workouts are spread out enough to have at least 1 - 2 full days of rest between workouts. The main focus when working out should be on the form of every exercise performed, and not on the amount of weight being lifted.

Before weight training, warm up and stretching should be done. Start your children off with light loads and then make adjustments accordingly. No more than 3 non consecutive exercise sessions should be done in a week. You should also see to it that they drink plenty of water before, during, and after exercise. Getting enough water is very important with exercise, as it is often times very easy to get dehydrated - especially with children.

EXERCISE :- WARM UP

Warming up before a workout has several distinct benefits. However, warming up incorrectly can actually hinder your performance. So what works and what doesn’t?

Warming your muscles up before you begin a physically taxing sport or exercise prepares you both physically and mentally for the task at hand. Going from zero-to-sixty in six seconds only works for a car. Try that in a human body and you’ll tear muscles and injure joints.

An effective warm up has some key elements that work together to minimize injury. The main focus is to prepare both your mind and your body for more strenuous activity. Your warm up will increase muscle temperature, heart rate and respiratory rate. All of this increases the oxygen and nutrients delivered to the muscles to prepare them for activity. Warming up also primes the nerve to muscle response rate improving your performance.

Traditionally athletes do some activity to raise their body temperature and then they start stretching. Doing things in this order actually allows the mind and body to switch off from a physical activity. You’ll be starting your sport cold.

Believe it or not stretching should be done separate from your exercise routine, or at the very least at the end. Static stretching can actually overstretch a muscle or muscle group and it will become too flexible, setting the athlete up for injury.

Warm up activities structured to the specific exercise are a crucial part of any sport and shouldn’t be over looked. Injuries can be prevented when athletes consider the state of their muscles before placing them in over drive.

Warm ups should start with a sport specific warm up. Runners would begin by walking briskly moving into a jog and then their routine running intensity. Cyclists would begin by warming up on a flat surface before attempting hills. Those doing step aerobics can begin by walking briskly through the facility and then climbing a few stairs.

You’ll get the most from your work out routines by using the appropriate warm up to your sport. You will decrease your rate of injury, improve your performance and decrease your post exercise soreness. Warm ups, although often over looked, are a necessary part of any good exercise routine.

WINING AND DINING

Do you serve food during a seminar? Giving your audience something to munch on is a good idea particularly if your seminar takes a while to complete. But how do you go about it and when should you offer a full luncheon? Here's a guide on the wining and dining aspect of conducting seminars.

Providing Food And Drinks

If your seminar is short, say 2 to 3 hours, it's a thoughtful gesture to provide something for your audience to drink like water, coffee, tea or fruit juice. Imagine if you were a seminar attendee yourself. Sitting there for a good 3 to 4 hours with your throat getting drier by the minute is not fun at all.

Generally, the shorter the seminar, the less likely you'll be expected to serve food. However, if it's a long one; say an event that will last for a full day, you better give something for your audience to eat and drink.

Now the next question is: what do you serve? Short seminars do fine with drinks (one serving or bottomless will depend on your budget) and something that's easy and convenient to eat like open faced sandwiches, cookies and small pastries. Nothing messy or difficult to eat as to distract your audience.

Serving A Luncheon Seminar

Before you decide to offer a luncheon seminar, find out whether it's advantageous to you. Most seminars you conduct, particularly when you're just starting out, don't really have to be served with a full lunch. A one-day seminar, for example, will do well with simple drinks and probably a sandwich at most.

However, for seminars that are considerably longer or are held at locations that are far from major city areas or those held at hotels, it's often a good idea to serve lunch. Food and drinks may also be served as part of a demo or product promotion. If your seminar is about food processing, for example, you could offer your audience an actual taste.

Negotiating With Caterers

Once you decide to include wining and dining, get in touch with a caterer. Caterers are more than willing to provide you with a set menu that you can choose from, which lets you decide on the food that will be served depending on your budget. Talk to at least three caterers to make sure you get the best deal.

Most caterers will offer you a menu with standard pricing, something that you generally cannot negotiate with if you have a fewer number of participants. Caterers will be using the same equipment and facilities whether you'll have 50 attendees or 200. However, you could get a good discount if you have more seminar attendees.

Caterers will also put into account the location and venue. If you will be renting a hotel room and hiring a caterer, the hotel might be charging certain fees for bringing in a third party. The caterer will not be paying these charges; you will.

If your venue is a hotel, check with their own catering service. Most hotels will offer a discount for using their facilities. Or, they could go the other way around and offer you a free rental of the room if you order enough on the food and drinks. Hiring the hotel's kitchen service is sometimes convenient and if you choose well, it could prove to be cheaper. Just make sure to consider this option when you do shop for caterers for your event.

Can Your Budget Afford Wining And Dining?

When you decide to wine and dine your seminar participants, remember that the cost of the food and drinks will be carried over by your ticket prices. A $20 ticket, for example, can go up by as little as $15 to as much as $75 per person. As a result, you will be charging more -- $35 to $95 per ticket. For high ticket events, that could go to several hundred dollars; depending of course on your rep and popularity as a seminar speaker and on your subject.

Although robust ticket sales will mean you will be able to cover the extra expense, remember that when you do get food catered, you need to shell out money in advance. Caterers generally ask for a 15% to 30% deposit. Depending on the number of participants you expect, you could pay plenty. However, if you determine that offering a luncheon seminar is well worth the effort and the expense, it could be a good step for you.

HUNTING IN OLDEN DAYS

Today rifles and shotguns are the more prominent way when it comes to hunting deer and other animals, consider the earlier settlers, where instead of a blunderbuss, the best way was using a bow.

Bow hunting is another way when it comes to hunting deer. Meant for the dexterous, bow hunting is a more delicate science and not just a sport, where the hunter must determine what sort of bow would be comfortable to use. This is nothing like Robin Hood and his longbows, I mean those were the only bows back then aside from crossbows. The difference here is to know where your draw length is, or the distance and strength on pulling the bow.

Several bow types like compound, stick types (the English longbows) or something like Rambo would use as long as there are no explosive heads. Never mind the brand for now since a lot of manufacturers have been making some of the best bows out there for hunting. And if a beginning bow hunter thinks it's all about shooting arrows, guess again. Since most modern bows can be tuned according to the weight of drawing, it would be beneficial for those with weak arms or probably of advancing age.

Just because a strong or heavy bow will kill just about anything, guess again. There's science involved to know if the arrow's trajectory is as flat as possible depending on the weight of the draw. For instance, killing a whitetail deer with an 80 lb. draw has a high risk of failure or the arrow falling off the rest comparing with a 60 lb. draw. Accuracy is the key when it comes to archery, and a sturdy and easy-to-use bow is the ticket for the perfect kill.

There are other things to consider, like what sort of shaft can be used. Similar to using a certain ammunition for a rifle, arrows can either be the cedar, aluminum, or carbon. Aluminum shafts are sturdy, lighter and much cheaper than carbon, and the best ammo to use for the hunt. In fact, it doesn't stop there. Fletching or plastic type vanes are an integral part to make sure that any arrow shot will be flat and swift. Depending on the condition and user, vanes won't be affected by cold or wet conditions in comparison to feathers, while the feathers offer a quieter shot once released.

It takes practice and being comfortable with a bow in order to hunt the old fashioned way, and it makes no difference if the person lives a modern lifestyle or deep into the woods.

PHONY DEER

Just like duck hunters who use lifelike decoys to lure ducks to a secluded pond, deer can also be attracted in that fashion. Be it the visual type or by taking advantage of the deer's sense of smell, there are a few tricks to lure the deer that will soon be mounted on the hunter's wall.

Decoying can be a dangerous tactic if you don't follow some safety precautions. Even if deer scamper away by the scent of humans, an aggressive buck is something to look forward to, especially if it starts charging in the hunter's general direction.

There are a few products in the recreational market to emulate certain smells and resemblances of a deer intruding on another's territory. As hunters know deer are territorial in nature and a standoff with another buck would be a sight worth seeing, as long as it's not aimed at the hunter himself.

Realistic decoys can be time consuming, depending on your artistic level. Unless decoy deer are sold at Wal-Mart then it would be easy, but for now it's all about toying with a deer's sense to protect its territory.

Once you've created a life-sized buck in the garage, it's time to eliminate the scent. A decoy deer that smells of paint is something that any creature would be wary about, so it's best to sit the decoy out to air dry before letting it 'loose' in another buck's territory. Spraying some scent removers all over the deer is the perfect way to mask any human smells.

The trick here isn't just to lure, but to trigger the buck's aggressive nature as it begins trailing the intruder. The effect can also be achieved by scraping the tree in a similar fashion and spraying it with some synthetic deer urine. That way, it will cause the buck to go crazy and once it's sighted, just get ready to see what Animal Planet would have shown when it comes to deer. Just let the buck vent out a little on the poor, defenseless fake buck before shooting.

Though there are a few stories of failed decoy attempts that may have caused some injury to a hunter, this tactic is an effective way to bring that aggressive buck that will soon be mounted on the wall. Safety precautions and a good, clear position to shoot is also important for the hunter as it may very well mean his life if an angry buck spots him.

THE DEER :- OTHER MEAT

the hunter managed to down a deer, performed some field dressing and loaded it in the back of the truck straight to his home, now what? Remembering a joke from Larry the Cable Guy, I guess it can be marinated for 6 months, tough as hell them deer jerky.

But there are numerous deer recipes to choose from, and it's not only just roasting it over a pit, but the process takes several hours since deer meat is indeed tough. So what does the hunter/chef do?

Roasting a deer takes a bit of preparation and lots of patience since it requires at least 12 to 16 hours of cooking. It's going to kill your electric or gas bill in a day, but it's well worth it or risk losing your dentures. Deer meat, once soft and tender, is like eating beef only better, or at least depending on what sort of seasonings used. One way to save up on paying those bills is to cook it over an open fire and use a poker to regulate the flames. It's crude but effective and a great excuse to drink beer outside while waiting for the meat to tenderize.

Among the deer dishes most people have tasted is the roast venison. Scrumptious, not to overbearing when it comes to the meat. It involves setting the meat in room temperature for 8 hours before storing it in the refrigerator. This way, the pores will open up, allowing the marinade to enter until cooled. After the ingredients such as stewed tomatoes, sliced red onions, brown sugar and garlic are added in a crock pot and cooked on low for 10 to 12 hours. It takes time, but the wait is well worth it. Different States offer their own version of the venison roast and some add a little twist of their own, but it would be too many to even include in this articles so it's best to do a search for deer recipes on the internet.

There are other types of recipes but the cooking time can kill anyone's patience. It would have been interesting to just let it cook for like 30 minutes and come out laughing when they couldn't cut the meat with a chainsaw. Since most of the recipes involve having natural tenderizers like ginger and garlic to eliminate the smell, it will be up to the hunter whether to be brave and patient enough to start cooking the deer.

ONE BULLET : ONE DEATH

There are a couple States where a certain caliber, hunting rifle or shotgun is allowed for that perfect one hit, one kill. But even if you did have the necessary equipment, it's also important for a hunter to maintain it so as not to lose the rifle's accuracy.

The ethical way of hunting whitetail deer is not to go overboard in terms of caliber and grain. I mean, it would be too cruel to use armor-piercing rounds that may only go through the deer, but not have enough impact to knock it down. Sometimes it takes the proper bullet for most rifles and probably hundreds of rounds to experiment on before getting into the forest. One example is a Remington bullet may be different from a Federal even if the caliber and grain are the same. And check the barrel of the rifle itself to know what type of ammunition it requires.

At least bow hunters have it easy.

And not just the grain a hunter has to be concerned about when it comes to ammunition. The proper bullet must have a combination of both energy and impact that will deliver an ethical kill when deer hunting. Fragmenting types wouldn't be sufficient, but those with hollow point might since they deliver enough power to knock down the animal.

Of course, a rifle's performance is always dependent on how much the hunter cleans it. Make it a daily habit if necessary. Cleaning the barrel from any power residue will increase the spin on the grooves inside, to deliver that necessary accuracy needed for your target. Best if you clean the barrel every 15 or 20 shots fired. As for muzzleloaders, the same process is needed but more so since it's a bit more powerful than just the best rifle on the market.

And once all the preparations have been completed, it's time to see the results as hunter takes aim at the target. Depending on the position and what type of shot like broadside, the deer's anatomy will depend on the placement such as taking the deer out by shooting the lungs or heart, but never the head since it's too cruel. You have a 9-inch error margin to choose from but best if the hunter have some sort of tripod or the like to rest the rifle for a steady aim.

It's a lot of work, even if it a one shot, one kill motive to bag that trophy buck.

TOOLS FOR HUNTING

There are a few things to be considered when a hunter takes his gear to the forest. As most know, it's all about just taking the essentials.Today's hunter has a combination of both traditional to high tech. Sometimes, maps aren't as when it comes to knowing a topographical part of any wooded terrain, or to see if there is a vantage point to hide while waiting for the buck to appear.Knives and axes are an integral part of a hunter once they managed to tag that buck. Mainly to help in the process of field dressing and cutting bone, it can simplify the task of having to clean the newly killed buck. Most hunters would recommend a non-serrated knife that would do most of the work and a lot of manufacturers have been shelling out knives just for that. There are three types of guns that can be used, and the most common ones are rifles. Muzzleloaders are more traditional as they involve loading a lead or iron ball into the barrel and loading the chamber with a propellant. Occasional misfires may occur so extreme care must be made. While shotguns are powerful, they deal a little less damage on greater distances. Better suited for duck hunting and the like, a shotgun's spread fire action will hit any target on a wide range. Bows and crossbows are also used, and are more for the dexterous hunters who wish to hunt in a traditional way.Binoculars and scopes are also essential tools when it comes to deer hunting, and for obvious reasons since they help the hunter locate that hidden buck in a few hundred yards. As for modern gadgets, most GPS devices are used mainly to check if the hunter is standing on an estimated deer population. Of course it can't track down deer on the sly, but at least it will give an idea where they might be given to the number of reports for deer sightings. And finally, parkas and camouflage outfits. Blending in with the environment is the best way to sneak upon the unsuspecting buck.Though the essential tools may not need be as pricey as a GPS device, it's best to know what is needed when it comes to being a serious hunter. Brand names may vary and not all of them may work the way they are expected. Everything boils down to how a hunter would be comfortable with the tools he or she has.

HUNTING DURING LATE HOURS

Some hunters prefer hunting during the night, and there's nothing more thrilling than having the feel of being the hunter catching its prey on sight. Of course best advised not to watch the Blair Witch Project or they'll see those stick figures hanging around. So instead of scaring the hunters after mentioning that movie, there are a few night hunting lights on the market that are capable of showing the way to that unsuspecting deer. The most common lighting for most hunters is to use red light, since animals have a certain amount of color blindness, thus making night illumination possible. However, it does lack a certain amount of detail since it's important to know and determine the target is indeed a deer, or some fool wearing a hat with antlers. Red lights are used for hunters who know and live in the terrain so it's all about lighting towards their targeted buck. The Fenix LOP (1 AAA) is the most commonly used penlight that gives of a significant amount of light without alarming the animal of the hunter's presence. Mainly just to pinpoint the path and the target, the Fenix is a must have tool, although it does lack a belt clip. Another penlight is the ARC AAA, which is small enough to be held by the mouth.Belt lights are sturdy and give off more lumens for a more detailed search like the Surefire 9P. Although there are powerful ones, a hunter wouldn't choose one type of belt light that gives off too much focus since it will attract attention. Make sure the area of coverage is dispersed evenly and gives of a good detail to find your path and the buck. The Surefire L-4 Luxeon V is the best example for a belt light with a decent amount of lumens (about 65) that doesn't compromise the hunter's position.Though night hunting is more for the professional and hardened hunters, it's important to know and understand that flooding the forest with light would scare any animal away, especially the whitetail deer. It would be impractical to carry a large amount of gear dedicated for lights alone that you'll be long tired before the hunt even begins. For night hunting lights, the smaller, with decent amount of lumens, the better it is to carry rather than the pinpoint lights that offer too much brightness. Unless if the hunter has natural night vision, they are better off with at least one penlight.

ENRICHING THE CHRISTMAS TIME

In this article I will tell you how to spice up your Christmas party with three easy-to-use techniques. Christmas might mean fun and enjoyment for your kids, but you know only too well how much extra hard work you have to do during the holiday season! Christmas means that you have to host a little party at your house, as well as make arrangements for your guests. Well, in this modern age, you needn't do all the household chores yourself if you don't want to! 1. For starters, don't do all the work yourself. If you spend the whole Christmas cooking, creating decorations and shopping for gift items, when will you find time to enjoy yourself? Learn to indulge yourself. Call in some of your party guests and ask for their help in making the cookies. Make sure you supply all the raw materials to enable your guests to make the dough and let them have a great time in your kitchen. I am sure your guests will thoroughly enjoy the whole experience!2. Another thing you can do to ease your nerves is to play board games with your party guests. Monopoly is a very popular board game so if you are good at it, then you can play it with some of the guests. It is a cool way to relieve yourself of some of the stress that automatically adds up during Christmas parties.3. If you don't want to have too many guests in your room, why not organize a special event outside your house? For example, why not setup a carol singing event and let your guests participate in it? Call in someone with a good voce and let him sing some Christmas carols. If you think that your guests would be spending way too much time at your house, then just start your food party early and then end it with the carol singing. These are just some of the ways to not only spice up a Christmas party but to relieve some of your workload as well. Remember that Christmas is all about fun and enjoyment. Spend quality time with your family and friends and enjoy yourself. And make sure that you feel comfortable with whatever you do during Christmas. If you don't feel comfortable with your chores, then drop it or let someone else do it in your place. VIRTUAL HUNTING A DEER

There are times when a hunter's need to stay ahead of the game and practicing rifling or bow skills on a wooden animal may not be enough. Here are some arcade games for next generation consoles to keep those skills sharp and have fun in the process. And wearing a camouflage suit isn't required.Big Buck Hunter is one of the arcade titles that can be found in the nearest arcade or mall and developed by Play Mechanix, Inc. WHERE TO HUNT

In every State where whitetail deer and other animals flourish has set rules and regulations that need to be followed. So unless the hunter happens to be visiting that said State, be prepared to do some homework before going into the woods. Some of the more popular whitetail hunting States like Missouri, Colorado, Texas or even Arkansas have strict laws when it comes to hunting. Missouri, for example, has a $175 charge for non-residents when it comes to deer hunting of any type, and a lot of other things you need to pay, and that's just for firearms. It also excludes some of the other things such as being fur handlers and fishing. Considering the need to protect the number of wildlife to ensure its survival, a controlled system is needed. A limit of two deer and/or turkey per hunter is the requirement for obtaining the permit and can also be purchased online at
http://mdc.mo.gov/regs/permits.htm.There have been some recent disputes about the large amount of fees needed just enjoy the thrill of the hunt, but all thing considered it's not like being back in the earlier days where hunting was a necessity rather than just recreation.During the 1940's the need to preserve wildlife has been passed through several States, considering the time where farmers have been complaining about the whitetail deer destroying crops so it became more of a rubout of these animals. It would soon become something like a tourist attraction for some of these States to have deer and other wildlife present in most of the public parks and forests, amounting to millions of dollars in tourist revenue. It has become apparent that preserving wildlife and keeping control is a cycle that every hunter needs to respect and understand, thus the need for permits. This year, the deer season is still around for most of the Northwest States for deer, wild turkey and other recreational game. Studies have shown that the risk of accidental collisions with has lessened for the past few years due to regularized and controlled hunting practices by residents and non-residents alike. With some of these States who have a perfect love and respect for their wildlife is something to be admired, given to the dedication and the need to control and protect these animals in order for a future generation of hunters out there to still have a place to enjoy the very thing this nation has survived.
